General information

Projects in the PlanTeam-SPACE represent real projects. They serve as means to file and manage documents and drawings, building structures, technical installations. building parts, inventory, costs and consumption, defects and incidents, tasks and appointments, but also facilitate the communication between the project members.

Projects are displayed and managed in the project tree.


Project overview

In order to view the properties of a project and start to work on it, mark the project in the project tree. On the right, the properties page of the project with all relevant data is displayed..

The following actions are available:

Edit basic properties of the project.
View registration
Show information about the area.
Open the documentation of the project.
Open the FM view of the project.
Display the list of project members aus.
Show all open appointments in the project. By default, this action is only available for members holding the role of project manager and project leader. It is also possible to configure the PlanTeam-SPACE so that all members can see this information.
Shows all open tasks for the project. By default, this action is only available for members holding the role of project manager and project leader. It is also possible to configure the PlanTeam-SPACE so that all members can see this information.
Create a new appointment for the project.
Create a new task for the project.
Send an e-mail or message to selected recipients. The subject is preset to the name and the number of the project.
Create a BFR report.
Print the project overview.
Navigate to the project in the project tree. This action is handy if for example the properties page was accessed via a search.
Set keywords, for example to find the project more efficiently in a search.
Set the project address.
Set the communication data.
If a webpage was specified for the project, it can be opened here.

Printing is started by clicking on .

The overview page is displayed as a pdf document and can then be printed using the print function of the browser.


Edit properties

In order to edit the properties of a project, click on on the project's properties page. This action is only available to members holding the role of project leader or project manager.

If necessary, correct the properties and apply the changes with Change.

Setting the option Highlight empty parts of the documentation causes those parts of the documentationi which do not contain any documents (are empty) to be colored in grey.

Note: Projects can not be created or deleted using the PlanTeam-SPACE!
