Creating Subscriptions

To be informed about changes in the documentation regularly you can create subscriptions for cases, folders and registers. All chosen activities are protocoled and sent to a given e-mail address in predefined intervals.

Use the icon   in the action bar of the object for a subscription.

Change the predefined values if desired and choose the activities about which you would like to be informed. The field 'from' contains the date and time when the subscription should begin and 'Interval' states the interval in which you would like to be notified. Confirm your entries with Create.

If a subscription for an object already exists, it is indicated by the symbol  . Click on this symbol in order to change a ongoing subscription.

You can obtain an overview of all ongoing subscription in the message center.
