Areas of work
The PlanNet web client is divided into different areas of work, depending on the configuration:
In the Project structure, you see addresses, the project members of all of your projects and their classification into project groups. You can also enter appointments and tasks for projects, project groups and project members. | |
The Documentation contains all documents and plans (indexes and versions) of your projects. | |
The Message center contains all communication activity within a project. For a given time period, you can view all messages, emails, downloads, distribution of messages and documents as well as your current subscriptions. | |
Using Tasks and appointments, you can create and manage all your activities and coordinate them with you co-workers and employees. | |
The component Workflow control assists you in managing all processes and work cycles of your projects as well as checking on running processes. | |
The Space manager manages plots of land, buildings, parts of buildings, floors, rooms and areas with their corresponding attributes and documents. | |
The Component Manager carries out the management of components and technical facilities. | |
The Inventory Manager features a complete management of inventory and software. | |
The Cost Manager manages all relevant costs and consumptions of the projects. | |
Using the Defect/Failure Manager, you can record all defects that may arise and initiate all necessary steps for their rectification. |
When opening a project, you can select the areas of work directly using the menu item Open the ... While you are
working on a project, you can switch between the different areas of work using the menu item

To view the project structure, simply click on the button . The current project is closed.

By clicking on the button , you can
view the Organizational structure.
