Download Order

A download order is a compilation of documents which can be loaded together in a zip archive from the server.

With the icon   (in an action bar from the properties display of a document or from a list of documents) documents can be marked for the download order.

With the icon   in the menu bar the download order is shown:

You can download the documents here by clicking the action  .
To distribute the documents, please select . Note for this the point

With the icon   documents can be individually removed from the order.

If a download is started, a status bar will be displayed which shows the progress in the preparation of the ZIP archive on the server.

Note:

As long as a download order is executed, you can not mark documents for a further download order.
