Change attributes when creating objects
In addition to the standard attributes, additional properties can be configured for most objects. These additional attributes are displayed on the object property pages in tables separated by category.
When creating most objects, such as folders or rooms, there is the possibility to define additional attributes. When creating them, you access this via the button continue to the category-sorted overview of further properties.
Change attributes via lists
To edit attribute values, click the icon in the table's action bar .
In the subsequent dialog, properties and, if applicable, additional attributes can be edited.
Enter your changes and confirm with OK. The values are only taken over if the check box in front of the respective property is set. By entering "-", the attribute values in the text fields from all selected objects are deleted.
If the selected objects cannot be processed, for example due to their status, a corresponding message appears.
If you want to edit a specific additional property directly, you can also open it via the action in the footer of the table for that property category. This will take you directly to the corresponding table in the overview for changing further properties.
Values may have been stored for certain attributes. To select a value from the catalog of such an attribute, press the Action .
With the selection is removed.
Now select a value from the catalog and confirm with OK.
Change attributes via clipboard
For objects located in the clipboard (e.g., rooms),
the action also the attributes will also be changed.
Enter your changes and confirm with OK. By entering "-", the attribute values in the text fields from all selected objects are deleted.
